PLEASE NOTE: Some items in your order may be shipped separately. This is to ensure you receive your items as fast as possible.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Currently we cannot cancel orders after they are placed. If you email us within one hour of placing your order and notify of any changes or cancellations you have, we will do our best to help you. Due to our products being made on demand, once the order is placed the items go immediately into production at which point it is difficult to make changes but we will do our best if you email us at detroitdragway.com@hotmail.com with any concerns.  

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

Some items will ship the same or next business day.  Others will take longer, some between 7 & 14 business days. 

- We will notify you when your items have been shipped.

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?

-You can't track your order until you receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped (your order number is NOT your tracking number)

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our exclusive designs are hand printed and ship from the U.S.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. So don't be alarmed if you received one product before another. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
